At Kishya Curations, we strive to deliver high-quality jewellery that you will love. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

•⁠  ⁠Refunds are applicable only for damaged items.

•⁠  ⁠A complete unboxing video is required to process any refund or replacement request.

•⁠  ⁠Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

•⁠  ⁠Products must be returned with the original packaging intact.

•⁠  ⁠Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

•⁠  ⁠Customized or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for return or replacement.

•⁠  ⁠Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

•⁠  ⁠Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:
• Order number
• Clear video of the product
• Photos of the packaging received
• A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Replacement Policy

Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

If the product is unavailable, we may offer:
• Store credit, or
• A refund to the original payment method

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for:
• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect products delivered

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products showing signs of wear after delivery
• Change of mind purchases

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
